Process Engineer (Metrology - Optics / Photonics)

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies by collecting and analyzing experiment data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex issues using root-cause analysis. Measure film properties, interpret results, and create technical documentation and reports. Partner with vendors and suppliers to implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with global R&D teams on state-of-the-art development projects.
