Plan, build, review, and help drive adoption of Etsy’s design system and content strategy across product teams. Own intake, backlog lifecycle, prioritization logic, and team rhythms, while strengthening governance, org-wide alignment, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration including engineering ops, brand design, and external partners.
