Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional planning and execution of Government telecom projects for Lumen Government Services.
  • •Review and develop proposal requirements in response to Statements of Work, Task Orders, and Modifications; manage Government contract lifecycle.
  • •Conduct program management reviews with both customers and senior Lumen management.
  • •Oversee integration and billing from Lumen’s portfolio of voice, data, hosting, cloud, and managed services, and manage complex data services installations.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual contract deliverables, including initiating change management reviews and contract modifications.
