Key Responsibilities

•Lead the execution of SE scope as per the SOW with the LRIP Systems Engineering team.
•Maintain plan to execute SOW within cost and schedule constraints while identifying required course corrections as the execution path evolves.
•Communicate challenges and concerns effectively with Program Leadership, Office of the Chief Engineer and Customers.
•Demonstrate broad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated products.
•Promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering.
•Proven experience effectively leading multidisciplinary teams of systems engineering professionals.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
