Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CMM and other metrology equipment to perform precise measurements per the inspection plan.
  • •Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to understand measurement specifications.
  • •Run existing inspection programs and create or edit simple programs using appropriate software.
  • •Analyze measurement data and produce clear inspection reports; identify out-of-spec results and equipment issues and escalate appropriately.
  • •Perform routine calibration/maintenance and help keep the lab clean and organized while supporting receiving inspections, in-process checks, and root cause investigations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47 - 62 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training.
  • •2+ years of experience as a quality inspector or CMM operator.
  • •Experience with metrology hand tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gages, thread gages).
  • •Familiarity with CMM software; PolyWorks preferred (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent acceptable).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
