Customer Operations Agent - Quay (2080)

Support port operations in Hull as part of the Port and Ship team, working a fixed shift pattern to safely and efficiently discharge and load RoRo cargo. Help secure cargo, ensure correct lashing equipment is stowed, and support safe mooring on arrival and departure while following Health & Safety standards. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers and maintain the company’s on-site security culture.
