Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR as a business HR generalist by aligning HR strategies to business goals and implementing solutions to improve organizational and operational excellence.
  • •Work on compensation projects, including analyzing market competitiveness and helping develop manager communications.
  • •Contribute to ethics and employee relations work, including training module support and improving key processes and audits.
  • •Support recruiting efforts for campus recruiting, including benchmarking and assisting with the internal intern program committee.
  • •Help drive talent development by building and implementing development strategies, including needs assessments and support for ongoing programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions, with strong time management.
