Learning Support Assistant

Support students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum and achieve individual learning goals. Working under the Class Teacher and Head of Inclusion, you deliver structured learning activities and interventions, adapt support strategies, monitor progress, and help implement IEPs and support plans. You also promote wellbeing and positive learning behaviors, maintain accurate records, collaborate with teachers and external professionals, and follow safeguarding and health & safety policies.
