Key Responsibilities

•Build and operate CapCut's AI creator ecosystem by identifying, connecting with, and managing AI video creators, studios, professional content teams, and community partners.
•Design and execute creator programs for AI video generation, including creator campaigns, co-creation projects, incentive mechanisms, and community initiatives.
•Develop long-term, high-engagement relationships with top AI creators and scale content through tailored activation of creator and channel resources.
•Track standout works, viral content, emerging formats, and creative trends; deconstruct creative logic, model choices, workflows, and distribution paths to identify repeatable methods.
•Explore professional applications of AI video generation (advertising creatives, animation, VFX, 3D, and branded content) and support creative directions and partnership opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree.
•Strong enthusiasm for AI video creation with hands-on experience using mainstream AI video generation models, tools, and workflows.
•Familiarity with the broader content ecosystem and AI video tools such as Midjourney, Seedance, Runway, Kling, Veo, HailuoAI, Higgsfield, Dreamina, and ComfyUI.
•Demonstrated strong content sense and aesthetic judgment, including the ability to break down why AI videos and creative trends work.
•Familiarity with the global AI creator ecosystem and collaboration models, and comfort working with platforms like X, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit.
