Own internal recruitment for multiple divisions, leading full-cycle hiring from job posting and resume screening through interviews and offer management. Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to define hiring profiles and implement short-term recruiting strategies, build diverse talent pipelines via sourcing and networking, and recommend slates after candidate assessments. Maintain applicant tracking in an ATS and coordinate regularly with hiring managers to support efficient, equitable hiring.
