Job Summary

Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks, safely transporting and positioning materials on residential and commercial rooftops. Verify and reconcile orders, operate conveyor belt systems when trained and certified, and coordinate efficiently with drivers and team members. Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols while delivering exceptional service to roofing contractors. Work primarily outdoors and at significant heights with required PPE.

Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
•Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
•Distribute materials safely onto flat and sloped roofs per company safety guidelines.
•Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained and certified) to transport materials from flatbed trucks to rooftops.
•Verify and reconcile material orders and provide exceptional service to roofing contractors while coordinating with drivers and team members.

Key Requirements

•Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 100 lbs. and operate machinery.
•Comfortable working at significant heights on varied roof surfaces with good balance.
•Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations and use required PPE (hard hats, safety harnesses, gloves).
•Load and unload roofing materials and safely distribute them onto flat and sloped roofs, verifying and reconciling orders.
•Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass criminal/driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
