Sales Support Associate II

Support the store’s customer experience and operational efficiency by providing warm, personalized service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-merchandised sales floor. Accurately operate POS and handle cash per policy, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Receive and organize shipments, manage stock levels, replenish the floor, update visual merchandising, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
