Job Summary

Build and operate Komodo Health’s cloud-native infrastructure and data platform with an SRE mindset. You’ll run and optimize Snowflake for production reliability and cost, and deliver AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitOps (ArgoCD). Improve CI/CD with GitHub Actions, strengthen security and compliance alignment (HIPAA, SOC2), and enhance observability and on-call readiness for teams that depend on seamless data access and processing.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and optimize Snowflake by monitoring warehouse consumption and cost, administering RBAC and metadata tagging, and triaging query-performance issues and internal requests.
•Build and operate AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure as code with Terraform, deployed via GitOps (ArgoCD).
•Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
•Drive infrastructure optimization for performance, scalability, and cost using FinOps practices, tagging, and attribution.
•Harden cloud infrastructure across IAM and RBAC, networking, secrets management, and compliance alignment, and build/maintain centralized observability and on-call readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouse) experience in production, including SQL, warehouse operations, and query-performance fundamentals.
•Hands-on experience building and operating AWS cloud infrastructure in production with attention to security and cost.
•Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform (IaC from inception).
•Experience with containerization and Kubernetes (Docker, k8s).
•Scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash, plus CI/CD experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Harness.
