Job Summary

Support the development, delivery, and operation of analytics products and tools for Aon colleagues and clients within the ACIA Analytics Platform. You’ll analyze and document end-to-end business processes and workflows, gather and validate business requirements from stakeholders, coordinate deployment of new capabilities, and support testing across unit, integration, and UAT phases. Work in cross-functional agile teams to continuously optimize and improve products.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development, delivery, and operation of analytics products and tools across the full product and project lifecycle.
•Analyze, document, and optimize complete business process sequences and workflows to find opportunities for automation and improvement.
•Gather, manage, define, and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholders for ACIA products and analytics.
•Coordinate deployment activities for new processes, tools, and platform capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
•Support testing activities across project phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements

•Experienced in analyzing and documenting end-to-end business process flows using business analysis methodologies.
•Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories that balance value, feasibility, risk, and cost.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting data to derive requirements.
•Proficient with business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
•Ability to work independently, take ownership, and coordinate scope with stakeholders.
