Job Summary

Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems that turn operational activity into trustworthy financial insight. Lead end-to-end finance platform projects across ERP (Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP), cost accounting, and order-to-cash/procure-to-pay workflows, while building data models, controls, and reconciliations that make month-end fast and defensible. Partner with Finance, Operations, and data engineering, drive automation and self-service, and mentor analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems, including ERP workflows, cost accounting, and data pipelines feeding FP&A and reporting.
•Partner with Finance and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into configured, tested, well-documented solutions.
•Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects for entity setups, cost/receipt accounting, work-order and inventory costing, and order-to-cash/procure-to-pay improvements.
•Build connective tissue between transactional systems and analytics by defining data models, controls, and reconciliations for fast, defensible month-end.
•Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual close tasks and mentor analysts to set expectations for finance systems delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years in finance systems, finance operations, or technical accounting, with hands-on ownership of an ERP or financial platform.
•5+ years managing a group of product managers or business system analysts.
•Design and implement finance solutions end to end (requirements through deployment and adoption).
•Strong accounting fundamentals across general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, and monthly close mechanics.
•Comfort working with data at scale, including SQL (or equivalent) and fluency reasoning about data models, reconciliations, and controls.
