Key Responsibilities

•Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Retail and E-Commerce, including analysis of budget vs. actuals and supporting business decisions
•Analyze monthly P&L and balance sheet for Retail and E-Commerce, acting as a business partner to Retail and E-Commerce operations
•Assist in AR aging, VAT reconciliations, and invoicing for E-Commerce and Retail; support daily sales issues and store openings/events
•Support fixed asset management with depreciation, purchases, and write-offs; maintain asset lists in line with company policies
•Assist in monthly closings for E-Commerce and Retail, prepare journal entries, audit schedules, and other related duties; support legal functions for store openings and VAT submissions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
•Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in multinational companies
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
