Business Operations Associate

Drive high-priority initiatives across the business by partnering with leadership on business and product challenges. You’ll build new teams, processes, and capabilities as BJAK grows, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, and improve operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. You’ll also research new markets and business opportunities while delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
