Project Director, Cost Management - Data Centers

Lead cost management delivery for data centre projects, acting as a key day-to-day interface with clients and stakeholders. Manage end-to-end commission service delivery, including cost planning, estimating, post-contract reporting, value engineering, and life-cycle costing. Take line management responsibilities for cost management professionals, develop teams, and manage resources. Support commercial negotiations, risk and contract administration, and invoicing using D-365.
