  • •Manage financial planning by owning CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization aligned to business priorities.
  • •Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud networking, wireless transformation, retail infrastructure resiliency, and operational automation.
  • •Oversee incident and change governance, directing major incident response, problem management, change governance, and operational readiness for mission-critical services.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments, with hands-on expertise in SD-WAN, routing/switching, wireless, and network security platforms.
  • •5–10 years of leadership experience managing global onshore and offshore engineering teams, driving accountability and innovation.
  • •Deep technical expertise across VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, and multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP, OCI), including hands-on IaC and AIOps experience.
  • •Proven financial acumen managing large-scale CAPEX and OPEX budgets in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Strong executive communication skills to influence strategy and align technology initiatives with business outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders.
