Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise network strategy by overseeing architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management for SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and network security services.
•Drive automation and AI innovation by advancing Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and GenAI/agentic AI-driven operational capabilities for self-healing and resiliency.
•Manage financial planning by owning CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization aligned to business priorities.
•Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud networking, wireless transformation, retail infrastructure resiliency, and operational automation.
•Oversee incident and change governance, directing major incident response, problem management, change governance, and operational readiness for mission-critical services.

Salary: USD 205,200 - 228,000 hourly

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments, with hands-on expertise in SD-WAN, routing/switching, wireless, and network security platforms.
•5–10 years of leadership experience managing global onshore and offshore engineering teams, driving accountability and innovation.
•Deep technical expertise across VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto, and multi-cloud networking (Azure, GCP, OCI), including hands-on IaC and AIOps experience.
•Proven financial acumen managing large-scale CAPEX and OPEX budgets in complex enterprise environments.
•Strong executive communication skills to influence strategy and align technology initiatives with business outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders.
