•Oversee the primary care clinic and express care team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
•Lead clinician engagement and buy-in, measuring success via clinician Net Promoter Score (cNPS) and recruitment outcomes.
•Partner with Stanford Medicine and UMP leadership to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
•Participate in clinician recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and integration of new clinicians into the clinic.
•Allocate administrative hours and manage on-site leadership duties, including liaison with staff and patients.

Key Requirements

•Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine and able to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine (without OB) including newborns and basic outpatient procedures.

•Experience leading a clinic or team of clinicians; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Ability to oversee a nine-provider primary care clinic and a three-provider express care team; participate in recruitment and clinician engagement.
•Willingness to work within Stanford Medicine partnership and multi-specialty medical group; on-site presence required.
