Job Summary

Partner with Product & Design leadership to develop and execute HR strategy supporting engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps. Serve as the primary HRBP for a global organization, coaching leaders on organizational design, talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning. Own global employee relations and full-cycle performance management, using people data and analytics to improve team health, retention, and organizational scale—collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, engagement, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an HR strategy that supports engineering, security, and privacy operations roadmaps.
•Serve as the primary HRBP for a dedicated global department, handling end-to-end generalist and business partner duties across time zones.
•Coach leaders on organizational design to structure global teams and adapt to external regulatory pressures and internal security initiatives.
•Advise on talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning for specialized roles across Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Trust & Safety.
•Lead global employee relations and oversee full-cycle performance management, using people data to inform insights on team health and retention.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to build trusted partnerships with business leaders.
•Experience in a global, matrixed, multicultural organization and adapting HR strategies to changing business needs.
•Proven ability to lead talent management, organizational design, and performance management in complex, high-growth environments.
•Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to generate insights and measure HR program impact.
