Job Summary

Support and enhance Quality Management processes inside the SAP ERP environment by analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP QM solutions. Provide expert support for SAP QM incidents and performance, and lead QM projects from requirements and blueprinting through testing, go-live, and post-implementation. Maintain documentation, run end-user training, and collaborate with business process owners to improve quality workflows in a manufacturing/aerospace context.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM).
•Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization.
•Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering and blueprinting through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
•Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides; conduct user training for end-users.
•Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and collaborate with process owners to identify improvements and propose innovative SAP QM solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support.
•Strong understanding of quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
•Proven experience with SAP QM functionalities including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
•Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM) and working with project methodologies and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
