Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM).
  • •Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization.
  • •Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering and blueprinting through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides; conduct user training for end-users.
  • •Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and collaborate with process owners to identify improvements and propose innovative SAP QM solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support.
  • •Strong understanding of quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • •Proven experience with SAP QM functionalities including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
  • •Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM) and working with project methodologies and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
