Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a primary point of contact for HRBP inquiries, analyzing issues and providing guidance consistent with policy and employment laws.
•Partner with the Senior HR Generalist on onboarding and offboarding to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.
•Oversee maintenance and integrity of personnel records to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
•Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching for supervisors and employees on compliant timekeeping practices and policy interpretation.
•Partner with division heads to provide HR guidance and direction.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

•A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in human resources.
