Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for HRBP inquiries, analyzing issues and providing guidance consistent with policy and employment laws.
  • •Partner with the Senior HR Generalist on onboarding and offboarding to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.
  • •Oversee maintenance and integrity of personnel records to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
  • •Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching for supervisors and employees on compliant timekeeping practices and policy interpretation.
  • •Partner with division heads to provide HR guidance and direction.
