Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily execution of the production schedule and deliver customer orders on time.
  • •Ensure quality standards are met.
  • •Supervise proper use of PPE and ensure correct completion of MDI boards.
  • •Administer assigned personnel according to established balances and prepare payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, vacations).
  • •Ensure compliance with work standards and programs, including TPM, safety indicators/courses, BBS, 5’s, and downtime tracking with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial y/o Mecánica (deseable).
  • •Around 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
  • •Experience leading groups of people.
  • •Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
  • •Proficiency with Office tools.
