Support customers throughout the implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases for Cardiology Informatics solutions. Act as the link between clinical users, hospital IT, Philips project teams, and support teams, delivering training for new installations, upgrades, and features. Perform workflow analyses, translate clinical needs into application configurations, share feedback to drive continuous improvement, and support sales of upgrades by identifying new opportunities within the installed base.

•Support customers throughout implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases.

•Deliver customer training for new installations, upgrades, and new features.
•Provide training materials and support development of new training tools.
•Perform workflow analyses and translate clinical needs into practical application configurations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,611 - 81,018 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Ultrasound.
•Preferably 3-5 years of sonographer experience, including ultrasound usage and product features within the cardiology domain.
•Understand, convey, and teach others the clinical aspects and technical use of the solutions.
•Have affinity with IT solutions and serve as a liaison between clinical and technical conversations.
•Fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
