Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform work outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs; communicate with the parts department for needed parts.

  • •Document work performed and road-test vehicles when required (or refer to the test technician).
