Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage aircraft services, security and safety procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
  • •Provide friendly, observant, and culturally aware assistance to passengers as the face of Emirates.
  • •Deliver high-quality customer service and support to travelers in a fast-paced cabin environment.
  • •Collaborate with the crew to maintain safety standards and respond effectively to in-flight situations.
  • •Leverage Emirates’ training and learning experience to uphold the airline’s safety and service standards.

Key Requirements

  • •More than a year of experience in hospitality/customer service
  • •Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service in a team environment
  • •High school graduate (Grade 12)
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language a bonus)
  • •No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform and UAE employment visa requirements
