Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to define event briefs, objectives, outcomes, target audience, and messaging.
•Lead cross-functional teams through the event lifecycle to deliver seamless event experiences.
•Develop and manage event budgets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
•Own end-to-end production of event content, including agendas, session briefs, speaker materials, run of show, and on-screen assets.
•Establish event KPIs, analyse results and ROI, manage lead capture/tracking, and report stakeholder feedback and commercial outcomes.

•Minimum 8 years leading B2B event management, content production, and delivery in a matrix organisation or global agency environment.

•Proven track record developing event agendas, session narratives, speaker briefs, and run of show materials.
•Strong financial, agency, supplier, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
