Key Responsibilities

  • •Support major transportation programs and projects.
  • •Oversee cross-functional technical teams to execute concurrent projects, including budgets, hours/expenses tracking, task completion, costs, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
  • •Develop or support project proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, resource plans, and Estimate to Completes (ETCs) with recovery plans and invoice support.
  • •Assist with change management and quality management, including scope change documentation, quality metrics, QA/control planning, and contract change orders.
  • •Maintain client communications with monthly status reporting on scope, safety incidents, major issues, and impacts to scope and budget; provide leadership and performance guidance to assigned project management staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience with 5+ years of experience in transportation projects.
  • •Proficient understanding of project delivery in the A/E/C industry with strong project management background.
  • •Essential project management certification or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
