Job Summary

Own end-to-end growth for AlphaNovel users: drive marketing funnels through user research, hypothesis generation, experimentation, and analysis to improve key product business metrics. Test positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different segments. Increase conversion across quiz funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls, using user-journey insights to prioritize improvements. Partner closely with product, content, performance marketing, analytics, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end marketing funnels, from user research and hypothesis generation to launching solutions and measuring impact.
•Form and test positioning, value propositions, and key messages for different user segments.
•Generate and validate hypotheses using A/B testing, scaling successful results.
•Improve conversion across quiz funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls.
•Analyze user journeys to find drop-off points, research user behavior and competitors, and prioritize improvements.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or related roles.
•Experience with B2C subscription-based products.
•Practical experience launching and analyzing A/B tests.
•Data-driven decision-making and strong understanding of user journey and behavioral psychology.
•Experience with Tableau (or similar tools) and English at B2+ level.
