Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in building backend services.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • •Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for reliable LLM systems.
  • •Proficiency in Java and/or Python, experience developing microservices, and hands-on SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with query optimization.
