•Implement full-stack architecture for AI-agentic systems, covering context engineering, MCP servers, and API design and deployment.
•Architect and build robust, scalable backend services and integrations using Python, Java Spring Boot, and SQL for AI application foundations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to translate clinical and operational needs into technical specifications and prototypes for AI system UX.
•Champion best practices for building reliable, secure, and scalable AI applications meeting HIPAA compliance, including production monitoring and optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in building backend services.
•Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
•Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for reliable LLM systems.
•Proficiency in Java and/or Python, experience developing microservices, and hands-on SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with query optimization.
