Deliver exceptional customer service in Levi’s stores by helping customers Connect, Consult, and Close. Build strong product knowledge and understand the brand’s history and heritage. Meet daily store and individual sales goals, maintain store appearance to visual standards, and support merchandising and inventory replenishment using RFID-enabled processes. Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines while assisting with pricing and sales floor refill.
