Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of technical and commercial due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across the data centre sector.
  • •Assess design basis and operational performance across power infrastructure, cooling systems, IT load capacity and scalability, and uptime/resilience (Tier) standards.
  • •Support investment cases and business plans, including capex benchmarking, lifecycle costs, and expansion strategies.
  • •Advise on operational performance, asset management practices, and risk identification across portfolios.
  • •Provide technical and commercial input into bids and pursuits, present findings to clients, and participate in site visits as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in data centres or digital infrastructure, ideally in engineering consultancy, advisory/due diligence, or an owner/operator/developer environment.
  • •Strong understanding of data centre design and operations, including power, cooling, redundancy, and energy efficiency.
  • •Experience with capacity planning, utilisation, scalability, and asset lifecycle management and reliability.
  • •Experience in technical due diligence or investment advisory for infrastructure assets.
  • •Ability to manage complex assignments, deliver under tight deadlines, and engage with senior stakeholders with strong communication and collaboration skills.
