Lead end-to-end catering and hospitality services at Cromwell Hospital, delivering a five-star patient dining experience across patient dining, retail outlets, restaurants, hospitality, and VIP catering. Set service standards and operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement using feedback, and ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergen management, and health & safety. Manage staffing, budgets, labour costs, supplier performance, and audit readiness while partnering with clinical and senior leadership to support patient outcomes.
