Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, managed service providers, and software vendors to drive HR technology strategy and business partnership.
  • •Manage intake and governance of HR technology enhancement requests, eliciting and validating requirements and translating them into deliverables for development teams and vendors.
  • •Lead HR technology projects from initiation through deployment and adoption, including planning, risk/dependency tracking, status communication, and change management.
  • •Oversee managed service engagement operations by monitoring SLAs, operational metrics, ticket queues, support trends, and issue resolution.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and governance for HR systems, including roadmap discussions, performance monitoring, contract renewals, and supporting compliance and reporting/analytics needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •7+ years supporting HR technology, HRIS, business analysis, project management, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise HR applications including HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, and Workforce Management systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
