•Act as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to support long-term strategy and visions
•Own the technical program management while maximizing Akamai's platform value for the customer
•Serve as the central contact for customers and lead the integrated account team delivering customer success
•Educate customers on and enable adoption of Akamai's products to drive account growth
•Respond to escalations and lead operational improvements to mitigate future risks

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 119,600 - 215,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Eight years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
•Relevant experience in customer-facing technical roles within public cloud or cloud software companies
•Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale cloud projects for enterprise customers
•Solid consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
•Hands-on expertise in IaaS, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, or other modern cloud technologies
