Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship FHA, VA, conventional, Rural Development, and state bond loan files to investors electronically and by certified mail according to guidelines.
  • •Prepare daily reports for the manager to monitor stages of the shipping process.
  • •Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Officers and closers to ensure strong customer service.
  • •Refer customers to bank personnel as needed.
  • •Perform research on bank systems and complete daily duties on all mortgage systems; comply with legal and regulatory mortgage guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •12 to 18 months related experience and/or training in a relevant area.
  • •Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and procedure manuals, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • •Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, proportions) and apply fractions/ratios to practical situations.
  • •Complete required BSA/AML training and other assigned compliance training.
