Job Summary

Join Ramp Health as an on-site Athletic Trainer in Lima, OH, delivering injury prevention and immediate care for employees. You’ll proactively evaluate conditions, respond to injuries, perform diagnostic activities, provide case management, and communicate results with medical professionals. Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate employee conditions on-site and respond to injuries or illnesses with appropriate initial care.
•Provide on-site injury prevention education and treatment to individuals or groups to enhance safety and wellbeing.
•Coordinate and communicate results with medical professionals and participate in site-wide Emergency Response Team activities.
•Support and participate in safety walks and equipment inspections (AEDs, safety showers, spill kits, etc.).
•Coach employees using Ramp Health’s coaching process to improve behaviors related to injury prevention and overall wellbeing.

Key Requirements

•First aid and CPR certification is required; demonstrated time management and ability to handle multiple tasks; excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; outgoing, independent, and well organized.
•Nice to have CPR/AED Instructor Certification; 1+ years coaching experience in fitness, promotions, or nutrition; proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP data entry; experience with Motivational Interviewing methodologies; ability to take manual blood pressure.
•Applicant will be required to submit a background check and drug screen.
