Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational forecasting, annual and long-range planning, capital investment analysis, working capital optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives across the AA&S segment.
  • •Analyze financial results and operational performance; identify risks and opportunities and support strategic investments.
  • •Perform monthly and quarterly income and cash projections; review growth and cost reduction initiatives including capital projects and long-term agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models; oversee preparation of financial analysis and reports to support business units and executive decision-making.
  • •Manage change management and continuous improvement across the finance organization; mentor and influence business unit finance teams and consolidate annual and five-year strategic plans.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, and strategic finance experience in a mid to large manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leveraging internal and external information to analyze financial results and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Experience standardizing financial processes and improving financial reporting systems.
  • •Experience mentoring/influencing business unit finance teams through training, feedback, and performance expectations.
