Job Summary

Build and grow TikTok LIVE’s agency partnership ecosystem in Turkey by onboarding and nurturing agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations. Lead incubation and community operations, including education programs, creator recruitment, and incentive campaigns to drive onboarding and revenue uplift. Track agency and creator performance against KPIs, analyze operational data to improve outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data to ensure partners meet community policies and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, approach, and onboard agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations to expand the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Turkey.
•Build and operate LIVE agency communities, designing engagement frameworks and incubation initiatives to improve activity, retention, and effectiveness.
•Monitor agency and creator performance using data and defined KPIs, analyzing operational and community data to find growth opportunities.
•Deliver partner training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities to support partner success.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, Data) and ensure agency operations align with community policies, brand positioning, and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Experience in business development, agency management, ecosystem operations, or partner growth within internet platforms, live streaming, or digital media.
•Hands-on experience working with agencies, creators, or partners, including onboarding, education, and performance tracking.
•Strong data awareness to turn insights into execution using defined KPIs.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills; proficient in Turkish and English.
