Job Summary

Lead global recruiting for BJAK’s corporate functions (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and more). Partner with senior leaders, mentor junior recruiters, and build scalable Talent Acquisition processes and pipelines across regions to support rapid global growth and high-impact hires.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for business and corporate functions globally.
•Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring priorities, organizational needs, and workforce planning strategies.
•Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.
•Lead recruitment efforts for senior, niche, confidential, and business-critical positions across multiple regions.
•Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business and corporate functions
•Proven success recruiting for operations, finance, marketing, creative, HR, legal, strategy, CEO Office, or other business-critical roles
•Demonstrated ability to hire senior, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple markets
•Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques
•Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
