Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation and support for the design and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual event experiences using video, audio, and presentation systems.
  • •Support virtual meeting and event production across enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams and Zoom), including live production support and moderation.
  • •Serve in a producer or technical producer capacity when needed by managing show flow, coordinating speakers, and controlling timing for virtual/hybrid events.
  • •Set up, configure, and operate control rooms and production systems; determine and validate required hardware and technical assets for event readiness.
  • •Operate end-to-end production workflows, troubleshoot video/audio/control/streaming infrastructure issues, and support preventive maintenance and post-event documentation/postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast, video production, or related technical event environments.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
  • •Strong studio and control room production experience with hands-on operation of live event systems.
  • •Experience with control room equipment including video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, and video playback systems.
  • •Knowledge of virtual production environments and enterprise meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
