Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support and coordinate an appropriate plan of action.
  • •Execute corrective actions from Dell Domain Engineer/L3, communicating using Teams, email, and phone.
  • •Document POA results, logs, and service reports, including parts numbers/PPID of old/new parts replaced, and submit via case email.
  • •Reseat, swap, or replace parts and upgrade firmware as needed.
  • •Run server diagnostics and testing/validation, capturing and uploading logs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience plus an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
  • •Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
  • •Customer-facing experience, including successfully reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • •Experience working at client locations with large, concentrated asset deployments, including networking and Fiber.
  • •Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
