Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise producers on building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, and farm sanitation.
  • •Visit farms to document bird comfort, manage flock and equipment settings, monitor bird health, and provide remedies when possible.
  • •Monitor feed consumption and ordering as necessary, including pulling blood and fat samples as required.
  • •Coordinate chick placements, assist with catch schedules, and coordinate weekly chick placements with Broiler and Breeder Departments.
  • •Ensure communication among Hatchery, Feedmill, and Livehaul departments and maintain compliance with production contracts and USDA/government poultry handling regulations.

Key Requirements
