Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison between Line of Business Units and Data Protection engineers to establish and refine Data Protection policies and rules.
  • •Support the Data Protection product owner with intent, roadmap, and strategy to deliver the data protection and discovery roadmap.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert to solve data protection challenges and act as a trusted advisor for IT and business stakeholders.
  • •Develop, define, and maintain KPIs and KRIs to measure and report effectiveness of data protection controls and enable continuous risk mitigation.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain Tableau dashboards visualizing KPIs/KRIs and provide actionable insights on protection performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and build effective DLP policies and rules to protect the organization’s data.
  • •Define and support execution of the data loss prevention/data protection roadmap with the Data Protection product owner.
  • •Support development and management of Data Loss Prevention metrics and keep capabilities current with emerging threat landscape.
  • •Provide subject-matter guidance to solve data protection/data loss prevention challenges for the Data Protection security service.
  • •Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years equivalent experience) and have 3+ years in data protection and data management.
