•Provide oversight of customer demos, including defining demo conditions and analyzing results.
•Plan and coordinate process sequence based on customer requirements; negotiate process specifications and service offerings.
•Take ownership of delivering customer solutions that meet specifications and lead technology positioning with strategic partnerships and executive presentations.

•Must be a senior level technical operations expert with strong subject matter knowledge to lead complex project execution.
•Demonstrate leadership skills to work across internal business unit operations and external end-users and vendors/suppliers.

•Use statistical techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOEs) to determine root cause and develop action plans.
•Serve as customer expert across a broad range of products and manage customer-facing technical needs.
