Key Responsibilities

  • •Process account opening checking for WBG/IBG and maintain approved documentation in line with standards, authorities, and operational policies.
  • •Maintain CRM workflow and ensure account information is correct and supported by attached documents; advise business on discrepancies and missing documents.
  • •Coordinate timely submissions of documents to CCU via CRM and follow up with service teams using emails and reminders.
  • •Perform AECB checking for cheque book issuance and complete end-to-end account opening in AMBIT/CRM/Mosaic/Phoenix.
  • •Handle account opening and maintenance for IBG/WBG, perform reconciliation and corrective action, escalate long outstanding items, and ensure compliance with ADIB policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of basic banking account opening requirements.
  • •Ability to develop and sustain executive-level and internal relationships across roles.
  • •Strong written and superior oral communication skills.
  • •Proficient in general office systems, PC skills, and MS Office.
