Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the store team to deliver daily operations and customer experiences that align with brand standards.
  • •Oversee product knowledge, application scenarios, and merchandising guidelines; identify issues and implement improvements.
  • •Conduct in-store training using structured feedback to elevate team skills and customer satisfaction.
  • •Proactively listen to customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and training for新品 launches.
  • •Plan and adjust visual displays and inventory management, including receiving, returns, stock takes, and loss prevention; manage checkout operations and store opening/closing tasks.

Key Requirements
