Job Summary

Help lead day-to-day store operations to achieve individual store goals. Monitor and improve sales performance, meet and exceed store sales targets, and drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador focused on sustainability. Coach the team, optimize scheduling to balance sales and service, and maintain extraordinary NPS results. Ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention, support facility and merchandising presentation standards, and assist Store Manager with operational execution and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Measure and monitor sales performance, take action to improve business performance, and consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
•Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience by acting as a brand ambassador and building loyal client relationships.
•Provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement, deliver extraordinary customer experience reflected in NPS results, and assist with client interactions using team and technology.
•Create an optimal balance of sales and service through effective scheduling and payroll goal achievement.
•Uphold inventory accuracy and controls, contribute to loss prevention, and assist with operational execution including merchandising and facility standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of retail management experience.
•Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
•Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency by following processes and systems and identifying improvement opportunities.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
