Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NPI and industrial transfer activities for PCB/PCBA by working with design teams to translate requirements into supplier-manufactured compliant boards.
  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of PCB and PCBA projects from concept through production and final shipment, including schedules, milestones, and risk adjustments.
  • •Oversee PCB design reviews and ensure manufacturing/assembly readiness (DFM/DFA), managing prototyping, pilot runs, and transition to volume production.
  • •Implement quality control and oversee product testing (AOI, ICT, functional testing), leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing/assembly issues.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and clients; provide project updates to senior management and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience managing projects related to PCB and PCB assembly boards, with proven end-to-end PCB/PCBA project delivery from concept through production and shipment.
  • •Strong understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes, including multilayer boards and flex/rigid-flex PCBs, plus in-depth PCBA processes (SMT, through-hole, wave soldering, reflow soldering, and inspection).
  • •Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and the ability to oversee PCB design reviews and transition from prototyping/pilot runs to volume production.
  • •Knowledge of industry standards and certifications such as IPC, ISO, RoHS, REACH, and testing methodologies like AOI, ICT, and functional testing.
  • •Experience with quality tools and problem-solving methods (e.g., FMEA, monitoring plan, MSA, APQP; PDCA/8D) and risk management.
